Specifically, the exam is expected to be held between April 21 and 27, 2026 at designated centers across India and abroad (No. of days will vary for test cities). The duration of the examination will be 2 hours and 30 minutes. Candidates can appear only once for VITEEE-2025.
Rs.1350/- will be the application fee for VITEEE 2026 exam.
Online mode will be available to submit the registration fee.
No offline method will be provided to submit the fee.

Registration process
• Step-1: Go to the website of VITEEE
• Step-2: Select “VITEEE 2026 Application – Apply Now” button to proceed.
• Step-3: Enter the basic details to complete the registration process.
• Step-4: Now start filling form by entering the details such as qualification, communicational, personal, etc.
• Step-5: Upload the requisite documents in specific format.
• Step-6: On the screen, press “Save and continue” option to proceed further.
• Step-7: Select the online payment mode and pay the prescribed amount of fee.
• Step-8: Recheck the submitted details and press “Submit” button.
• Step-9: Do not forget to take a hardcopy of form for further usage.
• Nationality: Candidates must be Resident/ Non-resident Indian Nationals/ PIO/ OCI to apply.
• Qualification: From a recognized board, candidates must complete class 12th level or its equivalent to be eligible.
• Subjects: In qualifying exam, candidates must have Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics/ Biology subjects.
• Marks: To be eligible for VITEEE exam, candidates of general category must score 60% marks aggregate & 50% marks for SC/ST category and candidates of state of Jammu and Kashmir/ Ladakh and the Northeastern states.
• Age Limit: Applying candidates must be born on or after 1st July 2003 to be eligible for UG engineering admission.
• Appearing: Those appearing candidates in qualifying exam in 2026 will also be eligible to apply for
VITEEE 2026
• Mode of Exam: VITEEE 2026 exam will be held via online (CBT) mode only.
• Duration: Total 2 hours 30 minutes will be given to solve the exam.
• Type of Questions: In exam, Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs) will be asked.
• Medium: English language will be available in exam.
• Marking Scheme: 1 mark will be awarded for each correct answer.
• Negative Marking: In exam, there will be no negative marking for incorrect response.
• VITEEE 2026 syllabus will be released via online mode. Based on the 10th & 12th level topics, VITEEE 2026 syllabus will be prepared by VIT University.
• Exam Dates: Tentatively in January and April 2026.
• Application Process: The application process is expected to start in November 2025 for Session 1 and February 2026 for Session 2.
• Eligibility: Students who have passed Class 12 in 2024, 2025, or are appearing in 2026 can apply. There is no age limit or minimum percentage required to apply for JEE Main.
