Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and analytical Supply Chain Manager to oversee and manage our end-to-end supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing supply chain strategies, improving logistics, reducing costs, and ensuring the efficient flow of goods from suppliers to customers.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective supply chain strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

Manage procurement, inventory, warehousing, transportation, and logistics processes.

Monitor supplier performance and build strong vendor relationships.

Ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to meet customer demand.

Optimize inventory levels and forecast supply and demand to avoid shortages or excess.

Collaborate with internal departments such as sales, finance, and production to align supply chain activities.

Identify and implement process improvements to enhance supply chain performance.

Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate regular reports on supply chain metrics.

Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and quality standards.

Manage and mentor the supply chain/logistics team.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).

5–8 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations management.

Strong understanding of supply chain processes, ERP systems, and logistics software.

Excellent analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Preferred Skills:
Proficiency in tools like SAP, Oracle, or other ERP systems.

Experience with international logistics and import/export regulations.

Certification such as CSCP, CPIM, or Six Sigma is an added advantage.

Data-driven approach with experience in supply chain analytics.

Strong budgeting and cost management abilities.
