Key Responsibilities
1. Curriculum & Content Development
·Develop conceptually accurate and engaging science content aligned with curriculum standards (CBSE, ICSE, IB, IGCSE, State Boards, or competitive exams like NEET, CUET, SAT).
·Design lesson plans, assessments, activities, and experiments (virtual or practical) for use in digital formats.
·Create video scripts, quizzes, interactive modules, and revision notes tailored to different learning levels.

2. Teaching & Presentation
·Deliver science lessons through recorded videos or live online classes using digital whiteboards and multimedia tools.
·Explain complex concepts using real-life examples, simulations, animations, and visuals to make learning interactive.
·Maintain strong student engagement and monitor performance through data and feedback.

3. Student Support & Communication
·Respond to student queries through discussion forums, live sessions, or chat-based platforms.
·Provide personalized feedback and learning recommendations based on student performance analytics.

4. Product & Pedagogy Collaboration
·Collaborate with instructional designers, animators, and tech teams to ensure scientific accuracy and instructional effectiveness.
·Participate in pilot testing of new learning tools or formats and contribute to continuous improvement.

5. Quality & Compliance
·Ensure all content meets academic and editorial quality benchmarks.
·Stay updated with the latest curriculum changes, exam formats, and pedagogical best practices.

Qualifications Required:
· Bachelors or Master’s degree in Science (Physics, Chemistry, Biology, or General Sciences) or related discipline.
·Deep conceptual understanding of subject matter and ability to explain it simply and engagingly.
